BWS Phrases Section - Bible Search doesn't seem to populate

On my Logos Beta PC version I have the notice showing that there is an update available, 106.3 mb downloading, but it is stuck on 0%. I have canceled out of the download and did the "Update Now" command but the download is still stuck. The internet connection is up and running. Suggestions?
