"Your Cart is Empty" error
Sunday morning and we are not able to go "ON AIR" because it said my cart is empty (Subscription is good thru Feb 2015). So I was forced to go "ON AIR" with "Watermark". How can this be fixed? Thanks.

Won't Let Me Connect to Songselect
Whenever I attempt to connect it says :"Failure retrieving songselect request token, please try again later" This is only on my new comp, not my older computer previously used for projection. Please let me know asap how to fix.

Bug?: Abstract Cross template shows countdown on background
Repro: 1). Select Add Item >>Song 2). Search for "Motion" 3). Select "Abstract Cross" Expected Behavior: Motion slide without a count down displays. Notice that example in Search show the template as a song. Actual Behavior: Displays correctly behind song; however, 1 minute count down is behind the word.s Screenshots below:

Quick Screen plays Pre-Service Loop music during the Main Service
If I put up a Quick Screen during the service, the music from the Pre-Service loop starts playing and doesn't stop until I exit the Quick Screen. Why are Image Slideshow slides showing up blank? They just randomly disappear when I restart Proclaim. If I keep restarting I may/may not get my slide back.

Stage Display
I am wondering if Proclaim is capable of displaying a "stage Display" that allows our speakers and musicians to view the main display via a third display. Is this possible? Thanks!

Blank line to separate text on same slide
First of all, great look and feel! I love the potential this application has! My experience as been with Easy Worship and it has the ability to press SHIFT+ENTER and create a blank line between text lines without creating a new slide. There are times when something like that would be helpful.

connectivity and syncing issues
Two weeks in a row we have had issues. Proclaim will open but none of the media or presentations or service will load. We tried it on two pcs and had the same issues, fortunately it ran on a spare labtop. Not sure what to do to possibly fix or troubleshoot this

transferring music from older version of media shout
Recently my church switched from Media Shout to Proclaim. Media Shout is running on Windows XP system and Proclaim is on a Windows 7 system. The music director is upset because the music she had customized in media shout has not been transferred to the new system. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Proclaim is causing my Macbook Pro to black out!
I'm using a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.9.4 and for the last 3 weeks or so I cannot use proclaim in our worship services at all! Every time I go on air with a presentation my computer screen blacks out and stops the signal to our projector. This happens within 30 to 40 seconds of going on air. Any help appreciated.

Transcoding Video Locks??
