Images with transparency over video? Any success?

We had a 3 month trial of Graceway Media. We aren't going to be buying a subscription at this time. Every time I add a new video, whether I upload and sync or keep local, it rarely works. I try it six or seven times, then finally, for no apparent reason, it works. It's a bain to my sermon prep and gobbles up at least an hour and a half each time. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Proclaim Won't Open
We are using Proclaim on a iMac running OSX 10.6.8 with 2.93GHz intel Core i7 with 16gb of ram. Every time I try to open it it tries to log-in and crashed and never comes up. The crazy thing is that it will open up on a Macbook Pro. Thanks for the hope.
