Pre-service Loop
Has anyone come up with a way to re-use the slides from a preservice loop? Have been thinking of just doing it up in PPT then doing a weekly update but there must be a better way, we use about 10 Slides that are usually the same with just a few updates week over week, any thoughts?

Signal Slides in Proclaim
I'd like to begin to use signals with our congregation, but the only slides that are free are online and refer back to the Logos app. I'd love to use the signal slides that refer to the Faithlife program, but they are all part of the $10/month subscription that I don't need. Graceway Media - Content vs Song service items
How does Proclaim and/or Graceway categorize backgrounds into Content vs. Song (vs. Bible, Video, Announcement)? I can see the background I wish to use, but is seems that some backgrounds can only be loaded onto Content slides. Is there anyway I can apply a background noted as "Content" on a Song slide?

Font attributes in Notes
I am new to Proclaim, and loving it so far. I especially like the option of having my sermon in the notes section, and controlling on my iPad. But the font size is much too small, and I can't seem to find where to change that. Are there options? Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Keeps crashing
I’m trying to work on this weeks service and I added a video and the program crashed. Now, every time I try and reopen it crashes almost immediately. I am relatively new to Proclaim. Is this common? I’m wondering if I ought to investigate using another program. Thanks for any encouraging replies.

No Signals Going Out Once Proclaim Is On Air
For some reason there are no signals going out to anyone's phone or iPad showing a presentation when it is up and running on air. It was working in the past and not in the past two weeks. Importing graphics
I am trying to import jpeg files into my presentation and can't find a way to re-size the graphic once it is imported. I would hope there is a way to do this, but just can't seem to find it. Any help appreciated!

Videos won't play in Proclaim now
I'm unable to get MOV files or MPEG videos to play in Proclaim now. I'll add the video file to a slide as usual, but then it just shows up as a white slide and clicking the play button doesn't do anything. I'm using a PC laptop running Windows 7. Problem this AM with ipad app
I am able to advance slides, but the current slide is not displaying on my iPad. Logged in, logged out Force quit the app, etc, to no avail. Running iOS8.0.2. Whats up?

Importing Files
I have been trying to upload video files using the Upload Files under my name as well as creating a new video slide but it's not showing any of the files on my desktop. I am running it on a MacBook.

There is a known issue at the moment with linking Graceway accounts. Attempting to link a graceway account at the moment will result in an unexpected server error. Lost Photo stream and music / froze on video

Text "Outer Glow" Effect: How to remove for all slides?
Surely I'm missing something as all Bible text and Content text comes with an "Outer Glow" effect and I can't seem to find a way to set a Default Format without this (or other) effect. Thanks for your assistance.

While we have access to lots of still image backgrounds. We have been trying to use some moving backgrounds. The problem is that they don't stay in a continuous loop so they stop half way through the time they are up on screen. Is there a setting to enable always loop function?
