Powerpoint & sometimes video imports sometimes show white
Sometimes, we will upload/import a Powerpoint or a video and later find that it shows up as a white screen in Proclaim. I know there are issues with Macs and Powerpoint but our Pastor loads the sermons from a Windows machine. Thoughts? Is there an optimal video file format we should be using for video imports?

If I Add Item: "Content" to my presentation, which contains a grouping of multiple slides for my sermon (utilizing slide breaks), how do I add an image to a slide in the middle or the end of that Content grouping.
