Most easily seen if you use the Quotation CBV style. Copy a verse and paste into Word. Show all (Ctrl+Shift+*) so you can see the spaces. There’s an extra space after the period before the closing quotation mark. This seems to happen in all Bible versions and with any Scripture reference, but there’s an odd exception. The problem doesn’t occur with TNIV in the Psalms. See my post in the thread for further discussion on narrowing down this problem.
