Bug: Inconsistent use of version in Passage List

When changing the #1 priority Bible from NRSV to JPS then sorting the Passage List, the sequence of the references were as I would expect. However, only 2 out of 4 of the references not in the JPS were tagged with there version to explain their position.

Software version: 4.0c Beta 2.
