Bug: Incorrect Resource Attributes when using Parallel Resource sets

Whilst this problem may have been reported through http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_Problem_with_indexes_in_PRS_for_Vine%27s, the issue is wider than Vine’s and Index info, as Display and Interlinear buttons are shown inappropriately or work differently when any resource is opened via PRS.
