I'm getting a black bar on the top and the bottom of my slides
We have used ProPresenter in the past and are now piloting Proclaim, but with the 16:9 size of slides we are getting a black bar on the top and the bottom of the slides and can't figure out why or how to fix it. Please advise. Thanks, Potential Customer

Auto transitions

last sun and today, I ran into issues playing back video that I'd previously uploaded in proclaim...worked for months prior to dec 14. Proclaim works for slides and music, just not uploaded video. Wondering if it's my issue or proclaim server issue...or how can I troubleshoot.

Slides Won't Upload

Background audio
We added background audio to songs slides to play as we put up the words on the screen. It worked fine in practice but during the program the music would not play until we restarted the computer. The computer is a new Dell PC and works fine for audio otherwise. It worked fine after the restart. What would be the problem?

White Line When Transferring Control to Powerpoint
When transferring of control to PowerPoint, the rendered PP slides to not completely fill the output window. There is a white bar at the bottom and black bars on each side. When using PowerPoint by itself these bars do not show and the slides fill the window. Any fix to this?

How Can I have Multi-Line Announcement Titles?
