Saving a proclaim presentation on a flashdrive as a backup

Slide Remote
Hi there. We're connected and slides are up. However, with the remote we're having some difficulty advancing slides and after changing about 3 of them, we get a "unable to change slide', error. This is actually one of our most common errors with the remote app.

changing song backgrounds and default format
Are all of my formats for a song supposed to change back to the default when I change the song background? Is there a way to change my default format for my songs? I tried duplicating the first song and then changing the song... It went to the default when I changed the background. ~wade

BUG in media browser
We have a Pro Media subscription bud Proclaim isn't aware of it. Clarifying: I have no issues in using Pro Media in Proclaim but I think the subscription button should be removed from the media browser when there is a valide subscription. (This is not an issue in Procalaim - Beta)

Everything should fade.
Maybe I'm missing some settings, and if I am, please instruct me. I'd like to see everything, by default, fade. Audio, video, or images on transitions. Particularly from pre-service loop to Warm-up and in songs when I blank the text. Overall I'd just like to see very fluid movement from anything, to anything.

Can't edit text for songs unless in portrait view
I have a windows tablet running proclaim, and when I add a song, unless I change the screen orientation to portrait, I can't view the edit text box. And if I do put it in portrait mode, I loose other functionality. My screen resolution is 1366x768. I have also tried 1280x720 and 1024x768, same issue every time.
