Proclaim for Mac Crashes When Changing Text Styles

Backgrounds won't sync or load
I have Proclaim installed on 3 macbooks and it is working fine on 2, but the third won't load certain backgrounds, and the slides just have a proclaim logo in the background. The backgrounds show in the media browser, but won't load onto the slides. Any help please, I need to use this computer for a presentation on Sunday.
