blank background in customize mode
Often, when we customize a content slide, the background and text are blank. Yet when we go back to edit mode, the graphics and text are there. This happens frequently, even after restarting Proclaim and trying different backgrounds, both stock and uploaded ones. Any idea about what's going on? (Windows 7 PC)

I tried adding a picture to a content slide which worked but now I would like to move it to one side of the slide. I am unable to do so. I can move the text but not the picture. How do I move the picture? Chris

Background Change Still Changes Text
My understanding is that the newest version published today, 1/28/14 had the ability to preserve the service items text settings. However, I changed the background and it immediately changed the text formatting like it did previously. Is my understanding of how this works wrong? Thanks for your help.

Proclaim 1.20.0.0015 - Audio unreliable when playing videos
On Sunday we had videos in the presentation for which the video played fine, but the audio wouldn't work. We had to switch to Windows Media Player to play it successfully. But then later it worked fine in Proclaim (????). Any ideas?

Cannot delete old messages in the coordination
There appears to be no way to delete old messages in the message tab of the recently deployed coordination panel on the right side of the proclaim screen. Hide the "Store"?
Will there ever be a way to hide the store when searching backgrounds? It takes up a lot of valuable screen space, and it's annoying to always resize it down when making a slide.

Song windows
Is there a way of making the pop up windows during songs larger? we are on a 27" screen but the pop up windows for the verses etc are quite small... just a little background our song leaders tend to jump backwards and forwards throughout the songs just to keep us on our toes!!

Backgrounds
Whenever you change the background the whole layout of the song goes back to whatever the program has set for default. This is a pain and takes alot of time to redo since there is no way to set up a template. Am I doing something wrong that is causing this change?

Bug: song order not being saved
When I save a song, the song order (see screen shot) does not get saved for the next time I do the song. If the song is still in another presentation, the song order is saved, but if that presentation is deleted, and we do the song again, the order has to be set again (1, C, 2, C etc). Please fix.

Bug- Proclaim top five of 2013 pop-up not staying closed
We continue to have the pop-up notification pop back-up after closing it. This is occuring when on air. This is creating issues in the worship flow during the presentation because it is popping up and covering up the slide reel. It has to be closed each time to see the full screen.

Cannot Start Application: Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor. I've been able to access Proclaim from my iPhone and 2 other computers here in the office where I work. Two questions: 1. How can we display a number alerting a parent, for example, of the need for them to check on a child in nursery during the service? 2. When the service is on air, how can we set the display on our MAC to allow for the operator to see which slides are coming up next?

Can't advance beyond pre-service loop
