MORE FONTS PLEASE!
Hey, I can't be the only one that would like to see some more fonts available for use. These fonts are getting a little boring and we'd like the ability to upload custom fonts or see some new fonts available in a near future update! Can you guys make this possible? Michael G.

Backgrounds
Whenever you change the background the whole layout of the song goes back to whatever the program has set for default. This is a pain and takes alot of time to redo since there is no way to set up a template. Am I doing something wrong that is causing this change?

Proclaim countdown timer is off by 15 or more hours
While attempting to use a countdown timer last night I noticed that the time was off by 15 hours or more. I have used the timer for Sunday AM services many times without any problem. Bug: song order not being saved
When I save a song, the song order (see screen shot) does not get saved for the next time I do the song. If the song is still in another presentation, the song order is saved, but if that presentation is deleted, and we do the song again, the order has to be set again (1, C, 2, C etc). Please fix.

How do I make a template presentation in Proclaim 1.6

Bug- Proclaim top five of 2013 pop-up not staying closed
We continue to have the pop-up notification pop back-up after closing it. This is occuring when on air. This is creating issues in the worship flow during the presentation because it is popping up and covering up the slide reel. It has to be closed each time to see the full screen.

Using Preview while "on air"
When we go "on air" my mac screen shows only the presentation slide currently active. How can we be "on air" and still interact with the preview screen on the mac?

Problem with Version 1.20

Error message: unable to open proclaim
Cannot Start Application: Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor. I've been able to access Proclaim from my iPhone and 2 other computers here in the office where I work. However, I am unable to open it on my computer. I've restarted my computer and that didn't fix it either. Please help! ;) Thanks.

On air pop-ups and slide navigation
Two questions: 1. How can we display a number alerting a parent, for example, of the need for them to check on a child in nursery during the service? 2. When the service is on air, how can we set the display on our MAC to allow for the operator to see which slides are coming up next?

Can't advance beyond pre-service loop
When I try to preview or take the rest of my presentation on-air, it always starts back at the pre-service loop and won't advance beyond it. This is my first presentation to create, so I'm hoping it's an easy fix.

Craw Text and Pager ability in Pre-Service, Warm-up, and Post-Service loops
I am unable to use the Craw Text or Pager feature in anything other than "Service." Many times, it would be easy to display a message on the screen before service, like when headlights are left on, lost items are found, or Children's church needs a parent. Proclaim quit when "Survey" slide is clicked on

PowerPoint missing animations
I imported a PowerPoint presentation and the first slide was supposed to have two large text areas that faded in with the click. Instead, when I clicked on next it went to the first text animation on the NEXT slide and skipped the text altogether on the title/first slide. Any ideas?

Bug: white line at bottom of presentation window
Its a little inconsistent, but with certain PCs we get a while line of pixels at the bottom of the presentation window when in on-air mode. Songs in JPEG (paperless Hymnal)

Powerpoint rearranging layout of slides

Proclaim Remote - video "thumbnail" feature request
The Proclaim remote app works great, but any video clips just show as a grey box. So if multiple clips are being used then it's difficult to know which you might be triggering. Please grab a frame from the video and use it as a preview image for videos within the app so that we have some idea what the video clip contains.

The pre service loop keeps repeating itself and won't let us go to the service slides. If we use the F5 it locks the cursor. How do I get the main service slides at full size where we can go from one slide to the other?
