Cloud Total Storage Limit?
To start, I did find the individual file size limit of 200MB. Which seems plenty for a file. However, for the proclaimonline service, is there a limit to the total amount of data that we can store and sync to the cloud? Such as 5GB and/or total number of pictures and videos?

No control page while ON AIR
When I try to go ON AIR I get the full screen slides on both my computer screen and the projection screen. I expected to see the control screen on my computer. Is there a setting on my computer that I need to change in order to see the control screen on my computer?

songs, editing yours and saving
The answer is probably in the forum somewhere, but, this may be faster. how do I edit the songs in Proclaims data and then save them as edited??

tagged content does not show up in My Content
I have uploaded a lot of content but it does not show up in "My Content" unless I filter on the tag I used. Is this normal? It seems that "My Content" should show ALL the content and filters only show the filtered content.

Idea for Proclaim..
Along with the Remote App, is there a way that people could send messages to the Remote App that only pop upon the one(s) controlling the presentation? Nice way to ask questions, or if there's something the person forgot to mention, etc.

I am having an issue in hearing the audio from any video I load into proclaim. I tried the local as well as the upload and sync option and the video works great, but the only audio is static. Bug = unable to load songs
I have been unable to load songs from the sanctuary. We can see other presentations created by other offices, but we need to load and edit songs from the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. There was also what seem to be a sync error? Not sure what that was? Jerry

We have used videos previously in our services. We went to use one from a mission trip to Ghana (.mov) and we had no audio. I tried to change it to mp4 and still had no sound.
