provide more book information for old community pricing books now on prepub
Logos used to have community pricing for older books that they sold in large collections. Logos lost interest in the program and discontinued it. Now the collections are being sold as regular prepubs, but all the information on the individual books is missing, so the only information a potential buyer will see is the book…

Minimize cognitive dissonance in tagging
Example from deSilva, David A. The Lexham Old Testament Apocrypha: A New Translation. Edited by Douglas Mangum, Lynsey Stepan, and Kelsey Matthews. Bellingham, WA: Lexham Academic, 2023. It is my impression that the "average member of the target market" won't know instantly why chapter 6 becomes chapter 1. In some…

Add drop down info when hovering over item in parallel lists
It would be very helpful to have more than just a list of often cryptic titles in the drop down parallel lists for my commentaries and other resources. Yes I know my top 5 or 6 favorites cryptic titles but if I go much further down the list I can't always remember what the book is. Please add an info excerpt to the book…

Improve precision of Biblical references
When a resource such as International Greek New Testament Project (IGNTP). Codex Sinaiticus: Septuagint and New Testament. Cambridge, UK: The Codex Sinaiticus Project Board, 2012. has multiple versions of a text, the milestones lack any differentiation so that the user may search on or link to the correct text. Please add…
-
Expand text comparison to handle texts such as side-by-side publication
Note the milestones for the two manuscripts are identical so there may be a change required in the resource as well as the feature. There are a number of cases where variants are published side by side with identical tagging making it impossible to include both versions in the text comparison tool. Example from Charles,…

Exporting notes and highlights with citations
After searching a bit, I didn't see an easy place to just upvote on this suggestion after the recent changes (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/214075.aspx), but it is still a major requirement for me (and I suspect many others) as I build my knowledge base for academic purposes and need to be able to match citations to…

AI Sermon Title Suggestions
One of the things that I sometimes struggle with in writing sermons each week, is coming up with a good (both descriptive & intriguing) sermon title. Now with AI built into Logos, and the sermon builder tool, I would think this could be an extremely useful and beneficial application of AI for pastors who write their…

Please add a library type of Parabiblical
There are three major subcategories in ancient texts: (1) Near eastern texts and latin/Greek classics (2) Jewish and early church fathers Judeo-Christian texts and (3) parabiblical texts, a term I first ran into at https://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/rak/courses/735/Parabiblical/labels.htm a few years ago. It includes apocrypha,…

More Formatting Options
I'd love to see more formatting options for resources. As an example, the current "Tight, Normal, Loose" settings for line height seem ambiguous. I often find "loose" often to be too tight. And it can vary from resource to resource. Same with margins, I'd love to be able to add more whitespace in the margins to frame up…

Purchases that no longer exist in webpage
I was reading through one of the books I own with logos studying lessons on Inductive Bible Study: the lesson suggested that I buy an Inductive Study Bible to appreciate the lesson but you all don't have such a product. This is not the first time I saw this but if and only if perhaps it's labeled something else, can logos…

Please add a new group of document visual filters to the visual filters menu in resources, so I can see where I have a document such as a sermon on a particular passage of Scripture and quickly open it.

Expand Bible Knowledge base to include complete historical canons
From a recent Faithlife post: In studying Noah and the flood I have reached a very strong roadblock. Many translations say the Ark landed on Ararat while others say the Ark landed on the Mountains of Ararat. At least one Bible Dictionary states that the Ark landed on Lubar of the Mountains of Ararat. Now Dr. Samuel…

Add Remaining Britannica Entries to Factbook
I can access some of Britannica's entries through Factbook, but Britannica also has some general/non-biblical entries that aren't in Factbook yet. It would be great if the remaining entries would be added to Factbook. When looking up entries (even in Britannica), I generally start with Factbook, then fallback to searching…

Don't send "Your free book is about to disappear" Emails to those who have gotten the free book!
There is no point in sending "Your free book is about to disappear" emails to everybody, whether they have gotten the book or not, because pretty soon those of us who typically decide whether to download a free book shortly after it's offered realize that such emails are worthless as reminders, because they are sent…

Don't block the last two rows of text when reading aloud
On the mobile app, turning on reading aloud has a bottom sheet that blocks the last two lines of text. Please allow the audio player to be completely hidden so it doesn't block the last two rows of text on each page. A swipe up from the bottom could cause it to reappear.

Offer free books that are not blocked
I live in The Netherlands. I find it disappointing that one out of three free books that I am offered are blocked saying "The publisher has chosen not to make this book available in your geographic region". I feel that things should be free of penalties based on geolocation.

Cross device sync
I work to prepare lessons and bible studies in my office which is a PC. I highlight, take notes, and use specific commentaries in my office for preparation. It would be really nice to have the passage I am working on and the layout I have on my PC auto changed to my iPad when I go to teach or led.

Improve the sermon builder with a better quick access bar
It would be great if in the sermon creator, when selecting a text, in the quick access bar that appears, you could add a couple more options, such as frequently used colors or applying an already saved style, it would save time and it would be more practical since the quick access bar is next to the cursor.

Make parallel resources searchable
I get that we can use priorisation to elevate certain titles in the parallel resources dropdown, but I frequently find that I want to switch to a specific parallel text that can be anywhere in a long list of parallel resources. It'd be useful to have a search field at the top of the dropdown that one can use to get…

tweak to suggested notebooks
In the context menu (the right click menu), if you want to add a note, Logos will suggest 5 options for you. Save some time. Right? Not exactly. Sometimes all 5 of their suggested notebooks are not even mine. They were public and I downloaded them, but I cannot add to them. So why is Logos suggesting them to me? I guess…

reformat the formatting
Most of us know that when the Bible was originally written, there were no chapter and verse numbers. Not even paragraphs and spaces. And no pericope headings either. (How did they get by without those?) Some Bible teachers highly recommend using a Bible text that doesn't have headings, and chapter and verse numbers. Logos…

the fork in the road
Logos and Verum seem to be diverging. Consider that the shopping cart on logos.com is not the same as on verbum.com . What I infer here, is that if I search Logos.com for a book, and do not find it, I then have to search verbum.com to see if it is there. They seem to be two completely different stores. Shouldnt you have…

The smart search panel should have a "save to note" feature for a completed search
The smart search panel should have a "save to note" feature for a completed search, located under the three vertical dots, above or under the "save as visual filter" option. The feature should result in the original search query along with the Synopsis and perhaps a list of the top sources being saved to a new note.
