New Features
- Context Menu redesign Blog Post, Support Article
- The Context Menu in resources has new styling, and is now laid out left-to-right.
- Highlights are now available on appropriate contexts. The Highlight button opens the Highlighting tool; the 5 most recently-used styles are available to create a new highlight immediately.
- Notebooks are now present in an expandable list that allows the option to select more notebooks.
- Reference > Copy now has new styling options for copying the verse content. Previous functionality to style with last-used CBV style is represented by the “Styled” button, and the “More>>“ button opens the Copy Bible Verse tool. This is also availalbe under Selection for Bibles.
- The command options below now use buttons instead of lists to reduce space on screen:
- Search – Provides access to a variety of search options. There is a new Series search option that will be available in resources that are in a series.
- Copy – Behaves the same way that the keyboard shortcut CTRL/CMD+C does.
- Look up is now a collapsible list. Clicking the header opens the first lookup destination.
- Guides and Documents – Provides access to the last used Guide Templates or Documents. Expanding the arrow next the first guide or document will list the most recently opened options.
- Resource Text Selection Menu Support Article
- This new feature provides quick access to commonly used commands and tools. There are three bars:
- Top Actions Bar – This provides access to helpful tools. The options available are determined by the amount of text selector and the resource type.
- Copy – Behaves the same way that the keyboard shortcut CTRL/CMD+C does.
- Search – Opens up a search panel. It respects the Preferred Lemma setting.
- Study – Launches a guide appropriate to the context. Falls back to Everything search when no Guide key can be found.
- Look up – Opens a user’s prioritized dictionary, lexicon, or falls back to Everything search. It respects the Preferred Lemma setting.
- Share – Opens the Media Tool to allow the sharing of quotes and Bible verses on social media.
- Text Comparison – Launches the Text Comparison Tool on the selected text of a versified resource.
- Context Menu – Clicking on the three dots at the end of menu will open up the Context Menu.
- Highlighting Bar – The Highlight button opens the Highlighting tool; the 6 most recently-used styles are available to create a new highlight immediately. If there are already annotations present there will be “Edit notes” and “Remove Highlights” options.
- Copy Bible Verses Bar – There are three options to copy Bible verse text: Styled, which uses the last style selected from the Copy Bible Verses Tool. Lines, which the reference and text in a one verse per a line format. Text Only, copies just the text and no references.
- Print/Export
- Added the ability to only print text that has been filtered.
- When the filter is active, the print/export panel will only display Table of Contents entries and Milestone ranges that intersect with the filtered hits.
- Search
- Allow “Match case” and “Match all word forms” to both be enabled simultaneously. Enabling both will find forms of the search term that have the “same” case. For example, searching for “Love” will find “Loved” and “Loving” but not “love” or “LOVE”.
- Tools
- Added the ability to drag-and-drop Guides and Tools pinned icons in the Guides and Tools menus.
- Added the “Before and After: Biblical Sites” Interactive to the Tools Menu.

- Added new search query suggestions when a word is misspelled or incorrect (e.g. “name in vein” it will suggest “name in vain”) to Bible and Basic Search.

- Bible Outline Browser
- Fixed a bug that caused the Bible Outline Browser to fail for some books of the Bible.
- Biblical People Diagrams
- Fixed a crash when opening Biblical People Diagrams.
- Bookstore Search
- Fixed a bug that caused the “More” link to sometimes disappear.
- Fixed a bug that prevented milestones, references, and labels from working in Bookstore search. Thread
- Fixed a bug that caused the last results from Bookstore search to disappear when the previous result is expanded.
