New Features & Improvements for Subscribers

New markers let you see your sermons and Bible studies as you’re reading the Bible, just as you already can for your notes. Hover over the margin ribbon or icon for document details, then click to open the document. You can toggle the markers from Formatting > Markers. View discussion here.

Smart Synopsis now provides clearer, sentence-level citations that link directly to source material. Footnotes and bibliographies have been updated to make it easier to verify information and navigate to cited content.
Smart Synopsis now has a much-improved hover tip, which is shown when you hover over footnote indicators or page numbers:
- For books you own, instead of showing a preview of the beginning of the relevant article, the hovertip now shows the exact sentences used by the AI to inform its answer. This allows you to verify the synopsis much more easily than before.
- The hovertip is now shown for Cloud books, in addition to downloaded books.
- If you don’t own the book, the hovertip will show details about the book used by the AI, but it won’t show you the content from that book.

The Theology Guide is now integrated into Factbook, using the existing Theological lens. When a Theology Guide is opened, you will be redirected to the Factbook panel with the Theological Lens active. This change brings two new section changes:
- The old Systematic Theologies section has been replaced with a more powerful Theologies section.
- Related Topics is now included in the Theological lens to show where a topic fits in hierarchies like Cultural Concepts, Systematic Theology, and Counseling Themes.
We’ve added a new Discover lens to Factbook. This lens makes it easier to browse resources you don’t yet own, so you can explore what’s available to unlock without sorting through books already in your library. Find more about the lens here.
We’ve brought together the Books From Your Library and Bookstore sections together into a single, streamlined Books section in Factbook. With just a quick tab switch, you can move between the books you already own and new titles waiting to be discovered. Find more about the new Books here.

The Dynamic toolbar is now turned on for all users in Bibles and other books. The old resource toolbar has been retired.

The subscription links in the About panel, Account menu and Dashboard header now open an in-app purchase modal instead of redirecting to the web browser.

Updated numeral styles in the numerous areas of the application.
Right-clicks on sermon document links from the Documents panel will no longer crash the app.
Resolved a crash that could occur when the application was returning to an idle state or being launched.
Double clicking the sign out button will no longer crash the application.

When “Copy Footnotes” is set to yes, copying and pasting text into a note will no longer create duplicate footnotes.

Opening a book that is an interlinear (not one that has a reverse interlinear) will now have interlinears on by default.

Fixed a bug that lost the “send searches here” setting when loading a saved layout that included a search panel with the option turned on.

Opening a resource type of Monograph will now provide pre-generated reading plans without any gaps in the table of contents.

The application will no longer cause a crash that would occasionally occur when refreshing or closing a resource panel.

Closing the search panel after opening a search result will no longer leave a highlight on the opened resource.

Blank sermons will no longer be saved if they are not modified.
Auto-publish date will no longer be inherited from a template if the date is in the past.

Changing languages will no longer disrupt spell checker across numerous tools like Notes, Sermons, etc.

Opening a guide will no longer crash when editing guide templates.
When a user-generated Factbook tag overlaps with one created by Logos, a disambiguation pop-up is now shown when the user clicks on the tags.

You can now use the Tab key to access the reference navigator after clicking in the book text
