audio missing from video
We have used videos previously in our services. We went to use one from a mission trip to Ghana (.mov) and we had no audio. I tried to change it to mp4 and still had no sound. It is only a 45 second video so not a big file. Is there something I am missing? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.

MAC Version will not allow inserting of WMV File
I tried to insert (locally since file upload still does not work) a WMV file but once it was inserted into the media slideshow it would not play. I was using the MAC version and my MAC has the plug in that allows WMV files to play so i do not understand why Proclaim will not allow it to play. 8270.ProclaimError.log

STILL CANNOT UPLOAD VIDEOS
When will this be fixed? I still cannot upload videos on any computer and with either version Mac or Windows. This needs to be fixed or licensing should be free. If we cannot upload, we cannot use this service.

Upload Limit?
I just tried to upload a countdown from graceway media and I received an error message saying the file is larger than the 209.7mb file size limit for upload. I haven't seen this before...is it because of the recent update?

How to Delete Slides w/o Right Click Delete
It seems amazing that there is no obvious way to delete things in a presentation without doing a right click on each one. Am I missing some unknown or hidden keystroke? MY preference would be to select the first and then command+select the last one and have them all selected and then delete.

Rotate Screen to Portrait
We're about to move into a new building and the only way to get our 92 (or are they 96?) inch screens to fit is to turn them 90 degrees to portrait. I just had a terrible thought, though. Can we rotate the setup in proclaim? Any thoughts?
